Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is our refund policy for all Sort & Keep digital templates.

Digital Products. Limited Refund Policy

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, we cannot accept returns in the traditional sense. Once a template has been downloaded, it cannot be "un-downloaded."

However, we understand that sometimes things do not work as expected.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund if:

  • The file is corrupted or will not open. And we cannot provide a working replacement within 48 hours
  • The product is substantially different from what was described on the product page
  • You were charged twice for the same product due to a payment error

Refund requests for these reasons must be made within 14 days of purchase.

When We Will Not Issue a Refund

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after downloading the template
  • Not reading the product description before purchasing (features, format, and compatibility are clearly listed on every product page)
  • Incompatibility with software you do not have. All products state they require Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Requesting a refund after using the template for its intended purpose
  • Purchasing the wrong edition (US vs UK). Both editions are included in every purchase

Free Templates

Our free templates (Free Budget Tracker, Free Weekly Meal Planner) are available at no cost. There is nothing to refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with:

  1. Your order number or Payhip/Gumroad receipt
  2. The product you purchased
  3. A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 working days.

Fair Use

We reserve the right to decline refund requests from accounts that show a pattern of purchasing and immediately requesting refunds across multiple products. We track refund history to protect against misuse.
