These terms govern your use of Sort & Keep.store and any digital products purchased from Sort & Keep via Payhip, Gumroad, or Etsy.
1. Products
Sort & Keep sells digital spreadsheet templates in Google Sheets (.xlsx) format. All products are delivered as digital downloads. Each purchase includes both US and UK editions of the template.
2. Licence
When you purchase a Sort & Keep template, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to:
- Use the template for your own personal or business use
- Modify the template to suit your needs
- Store copies on your own devices
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the template files with others
- Upload the template to any marketplace or file-sharing platform
- Claim the template as your own work
- Use the template to create a competing product for sale
3. Intellectual Property
All Sort & Keep templates, content, images, and branding are the intellectual property of Sort & Keep. Purchasing a template grants you a licence to use it. Not ownership of the underlying design or formulas.
4. Accuracy
Our templates are tools to help you organise information. While we test thoroughly, we do not guarantee that every formula will produce correct results in every scenario. You are responsible for verifying any calculations, especially for tax, financial, or health-related decisions.
